[1. Purchase and Payment]

  • All plans are available for purchase on our website, and customers can use a variety of payment methods, from credit cards to convenience stores.
  • After payment is confirmed, the product (device) will be shipped free of charge.

[2. Initial period and monthly payments]

  • The service is available for the first 30 days.
  • After that, you will be required to pay a monthly fee to continue the service.
  • If payment is not made immediately, a three-day grace period is provided to ensure signal is not interrupted.
  • You can pay your monthly fee via QR code, payment link at convenience stores, or credit card, with more payment methods coming soon.
  • If you skip an invoice or make a late payment, you will still be billed every 30 days based on your usage period.

[3. Device rental]

  • The device is a rental item and may show signs of use.
  • If you no longer wish to use the service, you will need to return the device.

[4. Device status and usage]

  • The device is delivered fully configured and in working order, with the screen locked to prevent any disruptions to the setup.
  • Please power on your device, wait for the signal to stabilize, and then connect to Wi-Fi using the ID and password printed on the back of the device.
  • You must not reset your device, as this will cause your device to stop working properly.
  • In the unlikely event that your device is reset, we will ship you a new configured device for a fee of ¥2,980 (excluding tax) plus shipping costs (chakkubarai) to be paid by you.

5. Customer Support

  • We offer support via phone or message.
    • Monday to Friday: 10:00 to 19:00
    • Saturday: 10:00-15:00
    • Closed on Sundays and public holidays

6. Cancellation of Service

  • In the event of cancellation, there is no penalty for plans without fidelity (contract binding).
  • 12 or 24 month plans (renewable).
    Also, if you cancel before the end of the contract period, you will be required to pay the remaining monthly fees for the 12 or 24 months, which means that in order to cancel a long-term contract plan, you will be required to pay the remaining balance.
    If the device is not returned or is lost or damaged, an additional two months' worth of fees will be charged.
  • You will return the Device using the pre-sealed return envelope, which can be dropped off at any postbox in Japan at no additional cost to you.
